Assessment services located @ 5200 Park Road, Charlotte NC 28209. We are Accepting New Patients and want to reach out and share our Referral form with you. Our Practice provides a compassionate and patient centered approach to: Family Counseling, Relationship Issues, Adolescents, Parenting, Adult Mindfulness Groups and Individual Psychotherapy. We work with Patient and their Children ages 5 and up.
