My husband booked Ballantyne Limousine as a surprise for my birthday. Due to unforeseen circumstances we asked to reschedule- keep or deposit but let us reschedule. You see, our 6 week old son was admitted to Levine Children's hospital. He was hooked up to IVs, given test after test, x Ray after X-ray, shot after shot... I spent my birthday and the 4 days following in the hospital caring for my baby and praying for his recovery. When we explained the situation to the owner, we asked the owner of we could reschedule the OWNER said "business is business" and charged us full price for the limo to sit in front of our house while we cared for our sick son at the hospital.. I strongly urge you to consider booking a different limo company. One that perhaps has a heart and would offer some compassion as our family struggles to make our son healthy and happy again. On top of a hefty hospital bill we now have a bill from Ballantyne Limousine.. They should be ashamed. Karma will come back to him

Honestly, the most reliable..caring..and nicest drivers, cars. I use this service to travel to and from Ballantyne to South Park and other destinations. I have never used a car service with such nice people working for them. I really am lucky to have found Ballntyne Limo! They are a well run company...and honest...straight forward...and very nice!

I was trying to rent a bus for my highschool prom. My date called and they told her it would be 1300, then I called to confirm and they said 1400, she then called again to make the 300 dollar deposit and gave the man her credit card information. After that they said it would actually be 1500 and extra to drive out to where we are. This is probably the sketchiest, most poorly ran business ever. 0/10

I called to make a reservation And the guy that i was talking told me one price and then got the confirmation email with a different price,charging me more. My name was wrong and my address was wrong. It was very frustrating because i specifically spelled everything and they kept texting me asking me what my email was and what my address was. Not professional whatsoever.

Find another limo service! This one was incompetent. I hired a shuttle and the driver had no idea where he was going. I provided directions and sent someone along for the first run to assist and he ignored the assistance. This caused a long back up and pushed my daughter’s wedding back a half hour. Simple preparation on the company’s part would have eliminated this problem.

Horrible company. They almost ruined my brother and sister-in-law's wedding and then took zero ownership for it.



The driver got lost bringing the groomsmen from the hotel to the church; a 20 minute car ride took 90 minutes. The driver then got lost again driving from the church to go pick up the bridesmaids, mind you he was already extremely late from getting lost with the groomsmen. He did not use his GPS device or call any of the 3 phone numbers of the bridesmaids that he had. The bridesmaids and brides had to drive themselves to the church because the limo driver was so late that if they waited any longer the ceremony would have been late. The head of the company, Emil, was called and he said that the situation would be fixed immediately but it was not. The driver got lost getting the wedding party from the church to Ballantyne Country Club. If they are going to call themselves Ballantyne Limo, they should at the very least be able to navigate the Ballantyne area. He was texting while driving and did not use his GPS. Instead of celebrating and relaxing, the wedding party used their cell phones to navigate the driver. The head of the company, Emil, was contacted yet again to ask how he was going to fix the situation. He did nothing to ensure that we, the customers, were taken care of for the terrible lack of service. He then began arguing with us telling us that we were wrong.



I would never recommend their services to anyone

To all of you who look for the best service, best accommodation, pleasent staff, and wellcoming environment I recommend you to selct Ballantines Limousine. They are reliable, punctual and will treat you as VIP's. I like to thank Ballentines staff for their outstanding service.

Ballantyne Limousine made our wedding day experience an unforgettable one this past week (May 2008). My wife was delighted with the service they provided on this special day. Personally I was very content with their professional service from the first day of booking until the date of pick up service.
