        From airplanes to appliances-Paul Sanchez is a commercial airplane trained pilot, that has always had an interest in mechanics and reliable instruments. Charlotte became his hub while working for US Airways, and it was during his down time that he was able to identify an opportunity in the second hand appliance market. Affordable and reliable appliances were hard to come by. Paul took it upon himself to remedy this situationand he did. Paul Sanchez has now been in the appliance business for over 25 years, bringing the Charlotte community affordable, reliable appliances. We look forward to seeing you at Appliance Outlet.

        My overall experience here was great. I came in on Saturday evening looking for both a washer and dryer. Although it was pretty busy when I arrived an employee by the name of Ruth helped me out, she seemed to be quite knowledgeable and was able to guide me on what brand and style was best for me and my family of four. What I really liked here the most was the cleanes of all the appliances and the long warranty they provide compared to other smaller shops I visited.

        I have always had a good experience here . I've had my washer and dryer for about 8 years. The customer service is great, clean shop too

        Drove from Concord to the store on Tryon at 10:45 on a Saturday and store was not even open. Very bad business practice.
