A Time N Place

I had a long delay once in a clock repair due to inability to get a part. It was an antique clock. But I have had good experiences with watch repairs. He repaired an expensive watch for me that others said was beyond repair.

This place is terrible!!! I took my grandfather clock in 3 1/2 weeks ago. The owner told me he would have the clock fixed in 1 week. I checked with him a week later, he had never even touched my clock. I went on vacation for two weeks, checked in with him about clock, still was not finished. He told me ready in 4 days, I went back 4 days later and he had not even touched clock. I picked it up and took it home.



Do not go there, poor customer service!!

I am so disappointed with my past experiences with this merchant that I did not even want to provide the required star rating. In other words, if I could rate him lower, I would. This merchant over-promised on ability and severely under-delivered on results. I am just coming off of a 6-month ordeal of lack of follow-up, phone calls not being returned, and flimsy excuses for last-minute efforts. I had a single positive experience when I first moved to CLT, but the following have fallen way short of expectations, especially when it comes to getting an honest answer out of this man. If you choose to use this merchant, beware. I am in the process of having my charges reversed for breach of contract. NEVER AGAIN will I darken this shop's doorstep and will do everything possible to dissuade others from using this merchant.
