Hair Qtrs

I had booked Hair Qtrs months in advance hoping to have the perfect bridal experience. Unfortunately It was nothing special. My girls and I were all disappointed with the way everything with the salon turned out that day. I had many girls in my party/family to have their hair done that day and they only had 2 girls doing the hair. Which I guess seemed appropriate to them especially when it only took them about 20 mins each to do everyone's hair. (This is not a good thing) The hair stylists that were working seemed anything but pleased with having to be at work that day. It was kind of like hurry up and get on with the next. They didn't take any pride in their work. I am not a hair stylist but if I were I would want to be proud of my work and feel privileged to be able to do a brides hair on the most important day of her life. Another thing that really bothered me is how dirty the salon was! Hair and dirt everywhere. I wanted to take a paper towel and just start cleaning all the counter tops that were filthy with hair left from others. I was very disappointed in this salon. And especially for the prices I paid! I will never return and would never recommend this salon to anyone. Especially brides that want to feel pampered on their big day. I will say the lady that did my nails was very nice, but I was also disappointed with my mani/pedi especially for the high end prices I paid. Luc

Review from a bridal party: The ladies were nice, however the service was less than average. The manicures and pedicures did not look well at all, lots of extra nail polish around the edges that was not cleaned off. The hair styles were nice, though the stylists needed a lot of direction and had no ideas for the bridesmaids (isn't this what they do for a living? They should have up do ideas!). Also they charged $55 for each girl and the longest length of hair was to one's shoulders! The rest were around chin length. So overall it was a lot of "styles" done and not up do's for $55! A rip off!
