Walmart Supercenter

Waited 40 minutes and had 3 announcements made requesting help in fabrics. Needed fabric cut. I borrowed scissors and cut my fabric--- 7 different pieces. Employee came over and asked what I was going. Told her my plight. She went away and came back with scanner to price my 7 different fabric pieces. Evelyn was her name---thank you for finally helping me.
I am diabetic and waiting 40 minutes caused me to be out shopping too long. I NEEDED TO EAT. I became SHAKY ALL OVER, SWEATY, FAINT, STUMBLING, NOT BALANCED. Asked employee to send me to MUSC if I passed out. Got fabric, went straight to checkout. Told cashier my plight. She called manager---woman by name of Denice was rude and walked away. Nice cashier went to find someone to help me. Man came and said he'd be right back with someone. Met him towards door. Brandon, has office nearby, picked up fork for me, walked me to car. I ate my vegetable dinner and salad, which I had purchased, while Brandon put all packages in car. BRANDON IS MY WONDERFUL HERO.

The employees, especially those at customer service and many of the cashiers & CSMs, are VERY rude. They make you dread going to that location.

Worst customers service ever! Especially Chase and Kim.

I only rated it with 1 star because I didn't have an option to rate below that. I have had a walmart money card for 5+ years. My check is deposited onto it and every payday I go to the Money Center and remove money. This morning I went to the Money Center at the new WalMart in W. Ashley and was told I could not take money off of my card!! WTH??? It's my money! She said I would have to go through the store and make a purchase in order to get money out and even then there is a limit as to how much I can get out. I needed more than that to pay bills because the bills I had to pay did not accept the debit card! I have never had this problem before and am sure the lady just didn't want to bother. I think EVERY Walmart has extremely poor customer service! I don't usually go to Walmart because of the crappy workers there, but sometimes I have no choice. Their prices aren't any better than other stores anymore.

I love Wal-mat but the customer service needs improving. The prices are increasing and customer service is decreasing. Love the store just needs a little improving
