Rick Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep

My key fob was not working on my 2016 Charger which I purchased 9 months ago (used). I made a call to Cedric at R.H. Dodge and he called back to parts (Joe) and Service and I received a new fob and Curt Porter programed them and has done a great job always on my car as I am VERY PICKY!!!!.R.H.Dodge has some of the best Techs around as I have dealt with them for years.Lois was the advisor that checked me out and was very professional and helpful.

They tried to lowball me on my trade, then sold me a "certified" vehicle (extra mechanical inspection) , which in the first day of driving revealed: a gouged tire, CV joint sounds, and a chirping engine that smoked all the way back to the dealership. I asked for my trade back and they refused me. After 8 more hours of trying to find keys to vehicles on their lot for sale, I was told they obscure discounts on their internet prices, don't apply to me. After all those hours, they didn't budge on my replacement vehicle price and after a month, still "can't" find the second key that went with my car. They are the stereotypical car dealership and only seem to have their profit in mind when selling you car.

You will not find a better dealorship to do business with over the internet. We got straight talk and a fair price. Phil, our salesman picked us up at 530 AM at the train station and gave us a windshield tour of Charleston until the dealorship opened.



Everything promised was delivered in a painless and professional transaction. I could not be more satisfied. Phil could not have been more pleasant, truthful and helpful.

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Nitro SE from Rick Hendrick (Savannah Hwy) on 3/13/2010 and it was the best dealership experience that I have ever had. Jeff was extremely helpful (and patient!) and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. There was no pressure and the salesmen are very informed on the different types of Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep products. It is a well run business that I would choose first for all of my auto needs in the future.
