Port City Ambulance Service

Rude and arrogant. Refused to take my elderly mother to the hospital of our choice. They ambulance crew was rude and arrogant to the Nurse at the facility and they did not listen to her tell them to take her to the hospital that she had been treated at just days prior!!! Jason was one crew member. I have called Steve Rand who is supposedly in charge and he has not returned my calls. Seems he’s a coward. Calling the city to report this company and this man!
