This place ws Horrible, my experience was one no one should have to go through. First I called to see how much was a fill in was and they gave me one price over the phone and a whole different price when I got there. I decided to get my nails done anyway because I was already there, when the man was doing my nails I asked him to do a specific shape and he didn’t do the shape I asked for so I told him, he got very upset and send someone else to finish my nails. Two days later three nails popped off so I went back, and the men was the only one available but he refused to do my nails and told me he no longer does my nails because I “complained” to much so they had me sitting there on my birthday waiting for 45 minutes for someone else to get available to fix my nails. Him and his workers had a terrible attitude and rushed on my nails. My nails came out terrible and they all was so rude! Never will go there again!

Place is awesome! Service is excellent and place very clean!! Massage chair just what I needed! Oh and of course my nails! Love them. Many colors to choose from, can't wait to go back!!!

Only store I will go to for eyebrow waxes, manicures, and pedicures. Amazing service and all fair prices. Before you read other reviews, go in and make your own opinion. I promise that you will never be disappointed.

I have been going to Crystal Nail Spa for the last 4 years, and I have received excellent service everytime I have been there, Usually I get pedi, gel maxx and eyebrow wax. The Gel Maxx product is the best and lasts a whole month. I work in Georgia but come to South Carolina on the weekends just so I can go to Crystal. She and her team are always nice and professional and their establishment is always clean and comfortable especially with the new massage chairs.

I got a spa pedi because i specifically asked for a foot rub. Not only did i not get a foot rub, when i complained they told me i just didn't notice and charged me35 dollars for a bad paint job.
