Chardon Oil Co

Fantastic and friendly! I've been going to Chardonnay Oil for years to get gas and heating oil and all of the employees treat you like family. Even when I'm almost out of heating oil and forget to call in (oops) they make sure they come out as soon as possible so I don't freeze. I definitely recommend them!

I have used chardon oil for over 15 years. However, I will never use them again! June who runs the business had me post date a check for fuel delivery. They put the check through anyway and I found this out on Saturday afternoon which was the Thursday before my check went into the bank. I contacted them to let them know, but had to wait until Monday because Ms Wonderful wasn't in until then. I told her my only concern was that my mortgage was automatically coming out the following day and there was no way to stop it. Needless to say 6 things bounced because of trusting these people.

I was told then to bring in a bank statement which showed the charges, one of them being my mortgage. They said that they thought they would just credit my account instead of paying me and I told them I intended on keeping their business.

3 months later I go to order oil and I am told that they aren't crediting anything because I had charges come out knowing something could bounce. Even though debit card charges can take 3 days to show up in the bank (could have been purchases Friday after the bank closed), they didn't care because as far as they were concerned they charges went through after the call to complain on Saturday.

So I ask the wise one why she didn't notify me 3 months ago if she knew she was not going to honor our previous agreement? Umm, the clock probably ticked for a minute and she said that it was my fault and they owed me nothing. I told her she just lost all of my business. Again, unlimited silence. Good way to run a business huh? You have to wonder what business school she graduated from? I am now on the crusade of ruining her and I will succeed!
