General Info

I teach 52 social skills as well as executive function skills such as organization and improving memory to children with ADHD and similar special needs. It is vital that these children learn positive social skills so that they can make friends and interact successfully with adults. I also work with parents so that the social skills that I teach to their children will generalize to other settings. Additionally, I work with teachers so that they can implement social skills training as a natural and integral part of their curriculum. When children, parents and teachers work together, children build positive social interactions and the parents and the teachers manage these children's behavior more successfully, resulting in an improvement in academic achievement.
