JD Memorial was recommended to us by a co-worker of my wife when we lost our 31 year old son in the military. We called this company to discuss gravestone options.When we called we were able to speak directly to the owner Jennifer. She answered all of our questions and offered to come to our home to design a granite monument based off of our wishes rather than pushing a sample from a book or website. We asked if it was possible to meet with her because we felt very comfortable with her after our lengthily conversation. We were pleased to hear that she meets all of her clients herself in order to provide old fashion service. During our meeting she listened to all of our needs and not only did we receive a gravestone more beautiful than we even imaged, she also provided us bereavement information and helped us plan our own funerals in advance. Something we knew nothing about or dreamed we would ever do prior to meeting this nice young lady. We recommend her to everyone although we hope they don't need her in the near future as we unfortunately did.
