Chandler TV Repair

I required TV service on my 60in Sony Auqua. The light signal suggested an LED light was out. I called this company and Alex said LED's are not fixable, (I knew better as I had read about it on the internet as well as watched a U Tube video) He said it was probably a power supply. Upon his inspection and $75 for the visit he could not be sure what was wrong but was going to order a power supply and come back. On his next visit he concluded it was an LED and he said he ordered that part and brought it with him.. He was quite hesitant though and said he had never fixed an LED before... Long story short her replaced the LED and then proceeded put the TV back together and cracked my screen, making the TV inoperable. When powering back up the LED was not fixed either... Is all I got was an apology....Seriously? My opinion is find someone else if you want results.
