My husband and I went to the lazyboy store. We needed a sectional. I was overwhelmed at first with the challenge. My salesperson was super nice. She helped me got in touch with the lazyboy designer. They both came out to my house and helped me pick out paint color and fabrics. I bought a whole room from them. The desginer was really good. And my room is beautiful!

I need a couch for my apartment quickly - after moving from Chicago. They had the nicest stuff in Champaign. You could tell the quality was high. Some lady named Dee helped me. She was friendly and helpful. Very good job!

We had the best experience at Lazboy. The salesperson, Dee, offered us a great deal. She helped my wife and I pick out our sofa. It took us about 4 hours in the store. She made us feel like we were the only ones there. We loved the furniture we picked out. We got a blue sofa and chair. It is stunning in our home. The delivery guys did show up 15 minutes late. But I can let that go. Overall, very good!

I just bought two sofas from the store. They brought them to me a two weeks. I was very happy with the delivery experience. The blue sofas look good in my room. Quality seems good as well. The store was a little smaller than others than I visted. But overall very pretty.

We picked out a beautiful couch, love seat, and ottoman. We had it custom made, so we took their sample home for the furniture and pillows to make sure it completely matched, due to no return policy. Everything looked great so we ordered the furniture. 10 weeks later it finally came in. We were so excited, until it showed up. We ordered burgundy furniture and it ended up pink due to color shifting. The sample did not resemble such qualities. Lazy boy's response, "fabrics can differ slightly from our samples". What a joke!! There is apparently a difference between looking at a fabric swatch flat on a surface from above, as they display it, vs it hang off of the table and seeing if the sample changes from different angles. We were just informed of that today, NOT while we were purchasing the furniture. ALSO, we specifically asked for fabric that does not change colors based on wear patterns, and the sales staff said the one we picked does not. Oh it does terribly.



We have bought lazy boy in the past and been extraordinarily impressed with their quality...oh has it gone down hill. The stitching is terrible, the cushions have puckers, and it does not even compared to the couch we bought from the 6 years ago.



Now we are paying out of pocket to have it re-upholstered, due to their lack of desire to make anything right. The sales staff solution was for us to lodge a complaint with corporate so they could receive a corrected sample!!! How does that help us?!
