        Overall

        We set up service with them for a commercial location. When it was time to sign the contract, it said 5 years but we wanted 3 so the rep stuck through it with the number ‘3.’ But 3 years later when we were ready to cancel the service, they insisted that it was a 5 year contract – because their copy did not have the change. Now they are threatening legal action while they have the wrong copy. They don’t get it. Very stiff and shrewd business practices. The customer doesn’t mean anything to them. We filed BBB complaint – check it out. Be aware with this mom-n-pop shop business…P.S. They have no BBB accreditation.
