Premiere deli in Champaign, IL - The best sandwiches in town from 10am to 8pm. Sandwiches: We slice our deli meat to order for each single sandwich. We never precut anything and leave it sitting around all day. Our signature sandwiches are legendary in Champaign-Urbana. We don't have the fastest sandwiches but we do have the best. We use Boar's Head brand deli meats, Local Cheese from Prairie Fruits Farm in Urbana and Ray Robb in Normal IL, Bread from Rick's Bakery in Urbana. We source the finest local products and make sandwiches you'll never forget.Cured Meats: We carry Prosciutto (multiple Italian and Spanish hams including prosciutto's from Parma and San Danielle, Serrano and Iberico d'Bellota from Spain as well as La Quercia from the US and Westphalian Prosciutto from Germany). We also carry additional prosciuttos from farmstead and artisanal producers throughout the year.Cheese: We have the largest selection of cheese south of I80 - from French, Spanish and Italian delicacies to local farm make cheeses we carry it all and can special order almost anything.Chocolate: The finest chocolates in the world. For no amount of money, anywhere in the world can you purchase better chocolates. Our chocoliters are cutting edge artists. Our house made chocolate is exquisite and our case carries anywhere from 4-8 of the finest chocolate producers in the world. Must be seen!Free Cheese Tastings: Saturday from 10:30 to 7:30 is the best time to stop by as we fill our counters with cheese, meat and chocolate samples.
