This happened to me in the Danville store, but they are owned and operated by the same man. SCAMMERS if you chose, or do not need to get a box spring from them. When they deliver the bed, they tell you that your warranty will be VOIDED in thirty days !!!! Plus when I paid for the mattress I got NO WARRENTY information, when they delivered it they did not have it. Since me and my husband are disabled and on limited incomes, I called and tried to speak to the owner about the Void warranty and how we were not told this, that it will take us longer than thirty days to replace the box spring. He got very very rude, refused to male us a warranty, and when I told him to go ahead and deliver a box spring to us, I did not want the warranty Voided, he said then you come pick it up NO FREE DELIVERY to your house. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau
