Franklin Learning Center is a public school that serves students with special needs and is located in Chambersburg, Pa. The school offers classes in art, home management, materials technology, music and physical education. It offers speech therapy services for students with articulation, language, voice and fluency problems. It also offers physical therapy services that help students with motor disabilities to maximize strength, range of motion and mobility. The center has a preschool diagnostic clinic that provides developmental screening and diagnostic and evaluation services. Franklin Learning Center is jointly owned and operated by the Chambersburg, Greencastle, Fannett-Metal, Tuscarora and Waynesboro School Districts of Franklin County, Pa.
