My son in law went to Miller Family Dental and it was the most horrible experience. They had him scheduled with a cleaning with a hygienist and when I called on the day of the appointment to confirm for him , they told me the Dentist was doing the cleaning. I never heard of a dentist doing the cleaning. HIs appointment was for a cleaning, x-rays and exam and they told him, they are not going to clean his teeth. After pleading with them to please clean his teeth, they agreed to do so and the Dentist did a 19 minute cleaning. Yes a 19 minute cleaning and we have the start and finish times recorded. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and a formal complaint to the ADA has been issued against this office. To do a 19 minute cleaning is absurd. He will not return to this office needless to say and he now needs a full exam and cleaning.
