Oxymagic

In the past we used a national well-known company for carpet steam cleaning. They did an ok job, but we were a bit disappointed after carpet stains still were somewhat noticeable after the carpets dried. This time I wanted to try someone else, so we selected Oxymagic of Horsham Pa. They did not use steam cleaning but rather a Oxymagic soulution which used an Oxymagic cleaning product that did not saturate the carpets with water like steam cleaners do. This process was far superior to steam cleaning. The process applied minimal water and used a self-contained cleaning machined that used a scrubing agitator and applied Scotchguard for protection. The carpets were completely dried after 2 hours, and all stains were completely removed with no reappearance. The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how their process worked and how it differed from the steam cleaning process. It's been two weeks and no signs of previous stains cleaned reappearing. The carpets are 25 years old and have never looked so good after 25 years of wear. We will only use Oxymagic carpet cleaning services for our carpet cleaning needs. Barney the owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and comprehensive in his communications with us on price, cleaning expectations and job scheduling. Pricing was very competitive and extremely reasonable for 2 rooms and hallway. A great company to work with, you will not be disappointed!
