Quick dentist appointment. Courteous staff, nice dentist office for my children.

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating to my child's needs. I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else.

They explain everything to your child as they do it so there is no fear! This dentist works great with kids.

Both of my children love going the dentists here. My youngest was 3 the first time here at Highpoint Pediatric Dental and she left feeling like a princess and knowing how important it is to take care of her teeth. This last time at (4) she had to get X-rays. She was a little apprehensive at first, but came out saying how she loved her dentist, her teeth and her new floss. The dentist spoke with me on how both children's teeth are progressing and answered my questions. I was worried about one of my child's teeth and he explained that what was happening was normal without making me feel stupid. Everyone there that I have met has been friendly and professional. They were also helpful in getting my child's back to school note faxed to the school when I forgot to get one while we were there. Thank you for your great service!

I appreciate the time the staff took to help my daughter. She was very nervous about the dentist, and they make her feel very comfortable.

The dentist is now a relief for me after coming to Highpoint Pediatrics! My daughter and I were in and out, and were treated very kindly and respectfully.

Not pro-active enough for me! Have not been pleased with their parent interaction. Up-to-date technology which pleases me, but doctors need a lesson in interacting with parents. Several interactions during which the doctors would not look me in the eyes. One time while speaking with the doctor in his office, the entire time he looked at something on the wall to the left of my head, I actually turned around to see if something was there. My daughter has very tight teeth and repeatedly has cavities.I have had concerns about whether they are diagnosed correctly. I've asked repeatedly what we can do to help reduce her cavities, they say brush every night and cut back on candy. We brush and floss every night, she brushes every morning, hardly eats candy.I was the one that mentioned if she should do an anti-cavity rinse and they said "if it would make you feel better". Their answer is to get the cavities filled.Plus side is my daughter is relaxed with them. Assistants are nice enough.
