        Overall

        This business ruined a personal item I took to have monogrammed. The employee was short with me when I complained. It was a hassle to get to the owner. They were unapologetiic, but refunded the cost and offered to redo with no guarantee. Unfortunately my item matches others, and is sold out, so I'm left in a real pickle. It appears charming, but I cannot recommend this shop.
