Getting ahold of anyone at this company is near impossible, as is getting them to actually do anything. We've been trying to finish work with them for almost two YEARS and can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.

Great prices, great people and the best quality of work I have seen in 21 years. If you need any mold or related work done call these guys first, and thank me later.

Don't waste your time with this company. I choose them because they are local and would be right in my neighborhood. I had an appointment and the technician showed up an hour late. When he called me to complain that I was not there, I informed him that I was on time and waited for 30 minutes, he was an hour late. Surprised by this info, he then suggested we reschedule for that same evening. I got his contact info so this would not happen again. BUT when I called at 15 minutes passed the appointment time, and again at 30 minutes passed the appointment time he did not answer either call. At 50 minutes passed the appointment time the tech called me and said he was "very sorry" because he had "lost track of time". This company does not value YOUR time. You have choices-do not choose them!!! They really deserve a negative star rating.
