For the second time, I go to pick up my dry cleaning and am simply told it is not ready and to come back tomorrow. I dropped off on Wednesday, they say ready by Saturday, I come in on Monday and it's not ready. No apology, no discounted rate, nothing. Never a greeting when I walk in. The dry cleaning itself is fine but the service is really poor. A few months ago they lost my order and didn't find it for another week. Again no apology or discount. Time to find another cleaner.
