Sam Vaughn Elementary School, established in 1994, is a learning center that is a part of the Ceres Unified School District, which operates various elementary and junior and senior high schools. The school enrolls more than 750 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Its facility includes a library, cafeteria and amphitheater. The school conducts a range of academic programs, including special and migrant education and speech and language therapies.
