        Overall

        This guy rocks. He's highly skilled and knows more exercises than I could ever remember. He loves what he's doing and you can tell because it shows through in his passion. Sammy is the best personal trainer Centreville VA has to offer.

        Overall

        I didn't have a lot of weight to lose but Sammy helped me get rid of those last 5 stubborn lbs I had and helped me build up some muscle. I had struggled to put the finishing touches on my physique for a while but with Sammy's guidance I was able to hit my goals much easier and I'm glad I hired him.

        Superb personal trainer with an intimate knowledge of how the body works and how to help people lose weight. He has trained me and my wife for three months now and it's been great.
