Rent A Max

The workers here are so rude, especially Emily. She talks to me and my husband like we are worthless people. I rented some furniture over 2 years ago. My husband and I fell on some very difficult times, and management so graciously helped us by reducing the payments. My husband lost his income, and I have to pay most of the bills by myself, and I am on a fixed income. I sent my husband into the store to make one payment to let them know that I was at least trying to make an effort to get current on my account. Emily interrogated my husband, who is a minister of the Gospel, she threatened to send someone out to my home to pick up the furniture if we couldn't get current on the account today. Her tone of voice was very threatening, stated my husband, Rev. Thomas Dixon. I do not recommend anyone to rent furniture from this particular store. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. Emily wanted to engage in an argument with me over the phone, and I politely told her that I will be in on the 1st of the November to give her 220.00, oh she also told me when I got paid. This is too stressful for me, I have Chronic Renal Failure, and I certainly don't want this matter to send me back to the hospital.
