We are obliged to handle airport pick - ups and transport as well from Portland to Sacramento, Reno and San Francisco.         Hired Emerald for a theater outing with 27 of my friends from Redding. Seemed very reliable. Was on time to pick us up & again for the return trip. Thanks Tony!!

        BUYER BEWARE!

        6/27/15 Contracted EMERALD CHARTERS for my daughters wedding. TONY REIL, the owner sent two buses to transport guest to and from their hotels to our residence for the wedding. Upon arrival, both buses took wrong driveway, first bus damaged our fence, second bus took out electronic gate post. contacted TONY REIL, the owner and he would not take responsibility for the damage. We are having to go to court to retrieve the damages.

        Buyer Beware! Contracted EMERALD CHARTERS to transport guests for my daughters wedding. TONY RIEL the owner sent two buses to pick up guests and transport them to my residence where the wedding was held. Both buses went to wrong driveway, first bus ran into my property fence, second bus destroyed a electronic gate post. TONY RIEL , the owner, would not take responsibility and we are having to file with the courts to resolve the matter.
