Dr Anderson took great care of my husband after a supposedly simple kidney stone removal went very bad after being attempted by our local urologists. Thank God we found Dr Anderson. He is very kind, extremely thorough, professional, a great surgeon and down to earth. He continues to care for my husband while he recovers with great care and thorough follow-ups. The Holeup procedure my husband needed went extremely well. Very little bleeing, virtually no pain even after a 3 hr surgery.This procedure using lasers is a blessing for anyone on blood thinners. DR Anderson is a top notch surgeoon who cares greatly about getting you well, even calling us at home to share test results. His staff is organized, capable and friendly. The hospital was amazing during my husbands surgery. Clean, caring, made him comfortable, nurses great and a beautiful relaxing setting. I was allowed to stay in the same room 24 hours a day which was a huge comfort to my husband and to me since we live almost 4 hrs away. The hassle of travel and guessing what time the doctors may be in to talk was alleviated I am sure my husband is alive today because of DR Anderson and another previous Dr from OSU who referred us to Dr Anderson. I would like to add Dr Anderson was more than willing to consult with this previous Doctor and listen to all the issues my husband had going on so he could have the best outcome. Dr Anderson is definetly the best for prostrate surgery and other related issues. If we had gone to him first my husband would have avoided many life threatening issue and seven months and counting days of bleeding, pain and catheters. It is obvious we are very very pleased with the past treatment and continued care from DR.Anderson, his Staff and Miami Valley south hospital.
