this company is absolutely the rudest one I have ever dealt with. I cannot even give them one star but i have to to be able to post this review. Would you believe the man who came to work on my oil burner not only smoked cigarettes in my basement but left the butts on the top of the burner. Then when I called them on it, they yelled at me on the phone!!! And, last the head technician, the best they have had to be removed from my house. He was rude and indignant. I wouldn't recommend this oil company if they were the last company on earth. You would be better off doing the work yourself.

I have never been talked to or treated the way these people treat you. The driver delivered oil and broke my fence. When the owner of Crystal Fuel came to my house to look at it, he asked what happend. I explained. He cut me off told me my fence was a piece of crap, and his driver didn't do anything and even if he did he wasn't paying for anything and that he was done talking to me. When I said it should of been common curtisy to at least leave a note that the gate broke, as I didn't know and let my dogs out which wound up in the street, and almost got hit by a car, he told me I didn't deserve common curtisy because I was a piece of crap. All of this in front of my 12 year old son. Keep up the GREAT customer service. Do yourself a favor and go with another fuel company, there are 2 more good companies in the Moriches area, chances are nothing in your yard will get broken or damaged.
