Medical Weight Loss
Jennifer Forkner ARNP started a Healthy Living program at Family Physicians in 2015. She works with patients to reach weight loss goals and obtain a healthier lifestyle. The program involves nutritional education and a diet plan to follow to make you successful. This program includes follow-up visits for weight evaluations, discussion on your progress and any barriers to your success.
