Mandy and Christian came to replace a part in my 92 year old almost deaf Mother's mobile home furnace. It had had been deemed questionable after a routine inspection. The pair arrived on time, were personable and courteous. They had to leave to get another part but were back in a matter of minutes. When finished they reassured my Mom that the furnace was ready to go but if she had any problem they'd be there.

Worst experience I have ever had!!! This company is monstrous. They charge you outrageous prices and dont even fix the issue! And they wont back up their work. I paid 500 bucks for them to give me an 80 percent guarantee of success, and guess what, it was more like 0 percent! I paid hundreds of dollars for them to literally NOT fix my air conditioning!!! Do not hire this company! They are awful!!!!

I had great service with Master Plumbing, I will for sure be calling them back. I am a customer for life. From answering the phone, to the many tech's that I have had out. They are very professional.

Not truthful with their service, they have lost my check 2 times now. Their bookkeeping "department" keeps saying that they'll look into the issue. Have not ever heard back from them, until I received a letter saying that they sent me to collections today. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I live in Grandview mobile home village. My water pipes froze in my newly purchased mobile home. Workers arrived to perform water work on my water line and they noticed my sewer line to my toilet was disconnected and there was raw sewage under the trailer. Hames mobile home sales has the mobile home completely checked before sale. My only conclusion is that Brandon, using his heavy duty snake line, damaged the pipe. I don't believe their statement on their site that they are trustworthy. This experience doesn't display any level of trustworthiness except for them being able to over charge me for a job that should have been under $200.00. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They are incompetent.

I called Master plumbing because I had a clogged toilet. I live in a mobile home and sewage was coming up through my drains as a result of the clog. Brandon came out, popped the toilet and unclogged the line with a snake. Only problem I had was he left a nasty wax ring piece in the shower and I thought the price was a bit high.
