They had a pretty good selection and I felt like the pricing was fair. What I'm really bothered by was the customer service. There were 4 or 5 girls and 1 guy working. One girl was hanging up clothes and putting them back on the racks, but the other girls were just talking and barely acknowledged me when I walked up to ask for a dressing room. The girl who opened the room didn't even look at me and didn't say a word besides "how many?" and didn't acknowledge me when I thanked her. Then when I went to check out, the girl behind the counter looked at me and then turned away. The guy then came up and asked me if I needed to check out. He was really the only friendly one there, and the only one that showed any customer service skills. I do love this store, but I'm not a fan of most of the employee's. They're very rude.

My sister and I have been trying to sell clothes to this establishment for some time now, even bringing items in specifically asked for by the manager only to be told a counless amount of excuses about the labels or the clothes being damaged. Recently we went in amd tried to find a purse for a good price, I did but ofcourse it was 9 years old and covered in mold. When asked why they would actually buy stuff like this the employee simply shrugged her shoulders at me. The little girls working here have no idea what they are doing, and are undoubtedly never going to see anyone I know in that store anytime soon. I will soon be writing more and more bad reviews about platos closet.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girls who work there obviously don't care about their job or their customers. I am beyond livid by how they treated me tonight. I won't be coming back ever. And I will gladly tell my friends not to.
