Advanced Automotive andTransmission

A friend refereed them to me to get a water pump replaced and belts. They were less expensive than my first quote, which was a fair price. They had to do some extra work on the line that was leaking to the back of the vehicle. All done it still came out slightly less than their original estimate and everything is working great. Andrew took care of me. I feel like I found a shop I can trust with fair pricing, can't ask for more than that.

I stumbled onto Advanced Automotive by accident as I was tired of going to a local chain and being pressured about having other services done. What a refreshing place! They changed my oil, topped off my fluids and made some recommendations but NO PRESSURE! It was so nice and they didn't talk down to me or try to talk over my head just because I was a female.... which was something else that I was dealing with at the other place. I found out that they are locally owned and operated which may be the key to why they provide such great services at affordable prices!!!! I have to say that it made my day and I don't dread having to get stuff done on any of my vehicles since finding these guys!

I had my vehicle at 3 other repair shops in surrounding area and all were unable to diagnose issue, until I went to Advanced Auto. Both Pete and Arnold were very efficient in their ability to finally duplicate and diagnose cold running issue that had plagued me for some time. Pricing was fair and work was completed on time and within estimate that was given to me before work began. Brad was also gracious enough to transport me back to work after I had originally taken car in. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and people in my workplace. I have been getting my cars serviced at Advanced Automotive & Transmission since they have opened their doors. They are very reliable, honest, KNOWLEDGEABLE and RESPECTFUL to their customers which are hard qualitys to find in todays market. They also have competive pricing which is a plus as well.
