The vision of Point of Light Church was conceived in the heart of Pastor Julius Harris. What began as a Bible Study at the Duncanville Library in April 2008 with a few people soon became a fellowship of people with a strong desire and commitment to serving God and following after the footsteps of Jesus Christ. The local Church, Point of Light Church, was subsequently planted, holding the first Sunday morning service on July 7th, 2008. Our Church has moved on from then, experiencing growth in every area.Our Church is an independent, nondenominational church with an ethnically diverse membership. The ministry of Point of Light Church exists for the singular purpose to transform and build lives by teaching principles from the Word of God with the temperance of the Grace of God. Your intercessions, involvement and financial investments in this ministry help us carry out this heavenly mandate.
