        After waiting 4 weeks for a back ordered dining room set to be delivered, the very first item brought into the house had a cracked seat. Calling customer service to get information on when a replacement could be provided was futile. Based on this, I refused the delivery and cancelled the order.
        Now the interesting part, their processing of the credit to my credit card will take 5 to 7 days. Supposedly "Company Policy". Yet it didn't take them that long to charge my purchase.
        Buyer Beware:
        1)Haverty's quality ins't that good.
        2)They don't seem to have any quality control or pre-review of the product for delivery.
        3)They have poor refund processing,especially on high value purchases.
