Tyner's Dog Grooming

My dog loves her grooming days. She gets teeth brushed, nails trimmed and hair cut. She’s always excited to go so her groomer!

I groom my cat here & they do a fabulous job. I also buy my feeder rats here for my snake. I'm not one to complain, but the last two times instead of a paper bag or box, they have been putting the rat in a very small plastic container. No hole punched for air! And they have the nerve to say bring the container back for future use! Which is covered in rat droppings by the time I get it home. And I'm sorry but the container goes in the trash. I will not wash it & re use! I find there request idiotic! From now on I will bring my own box!

I AM VERY UPSET! Tyner's Grooming told me $25-$30 on the phone I repeated to them $25-$30 to double check I herd it right the lady told me yes so I brought gaz (my dog) in at 11:30am I didn't get her back until 2pm

When I came into the store I herd my dog gaz SCREECHING and whining like crazy. Yes she does whine when you clip her nails but she never screeches like that!

when I got her back she was still wet, still shedding and her nails WERE NOT EVEN FILED!

Than they tried to charge me $40 for her grooming

I had to fight with the people for 10-15 mins than they said $35 I paid the money because I was sick of their bull crap and wanted to get out.

I have no idea what they were doing to my dog when they were doing her nails but gaz didn't even want her treat she just wanted the hell out of the store which is a very bad sign!!

I ave been taking my Schnauzers to Tyner's since 1998. They have been very kind and helpful as far as letting me know if there was a health problem, i.e. ear infection so I could take them to my vet.I always send people here when asked.

This is a wonderful groomer. They have been in Cedar for as long as I can remember. The owner really knows dogs and can help with any questions. She let me know my dog had an ear infection and I had no idea.
