The quality of care from the staff and the medical personnel is a joke. When the hours include lunch time, patient should not be turned away by the nurse practitioner because she needs to rush out for her hour and a half lunch. Close during lunch if u need that long if a lunch. Another problem I have is the walk in policy. The staff says they take walk ins but would rather have an appointment. Rarely us there a parking lot full of people but u will have to wait three days for an appointment but if u walk in they intentionally make u wait over an hour when no one else is even there. That's crap
