        Overall

        I Just had to do the hardest thing a pet parent can do, put my beloved old collie, Katie down. My experience was such a blessing to my husband and I. She was cared for with the respect and dignity you don't often see given a human. I wasn't rushed. I could hold her and Kiss her. they made me a paw print to cherish ( NO charge) and than to top it off sent me a sympathy card. I bless all of the loving team for making a heart-breaking day, a beautiful final memory of our Katie
