5/3/14: ABSOLUTELY the WORST service I have ever had in a restaurant. Friend held a party of 25 & yet I was charged an auto 20% gratuity. I had to get my own menu after asking for one ( I was told "there are some on the other tables if you want to get one"), had to refill my & girlfriends drink (tea), more than one time, had to run down one of three waitress to put in a food order, & even find one to get my check...I was charged $7.38 for a grilled cheese sandwich & $2.15 for a glass of tea. I will NEVER go back & WILL NOT recommend to ANYONE. I was FORCED to give this excuse of a restaurant a rating even though it DOESN'T deserve 1/2 of a star...
Worst service I've ever had in years. Would probably never go back again. Probably would not recommend to any one.
