        Overall

        Hi Everyone -- recently I dealt these people.

        Bad mistake !! I heard their ad on 95 Shine FM -

        Christian radio -- 3 Reasons why don't use :

        1. Responded to my initial e-mail in ALL CAPS

        2. Did not acknowledge that they received my

        tax returns that I spent $20+ to mail.

        3. Did not send an e-mail stating that they were unable to help me. Left me wondering + waiting + worrying.

        Just my thoughts -- Others might have great success with them.
