Jerlyn Coin Laundry Inc.

So i live 5 minutes away from this laundry and have lived in the area for 3 years I keep trying it because of it location which is close to me over the last couple years I have gone here maybe once a month just to see if anything has changed and as of yesterday NO! nothing has changed the washers cost 75 cents more than the normal laundry i go to and do not clean my clothes as well, and as for the dryers well I dont even think you could call them dryers that would imply that they dry clothes the machines at Jerlyn DONT DRY! they tumble your clothes in air I had six dryers yesterday and one almost dried my clothes after five quarters I had to shuffle all my loads into that one sorta working dryer after putting four quarters in the other machines So if you have lots of time and dont mind spending twice the money this is your laundrymatt

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. I go 2-3 times a month. I have young children and its very difficult for me to make the trip of loading and unloading my baskets along with my 6 month old in a car seat and 4 yr old son. I spend average of $15-20 per visit. I have noticed over the past 3 months the decrease in service such as water in the machines for washing and rinsing. My clothes comes out dirty after a wash. I am very upset and will be giving my business to someone else who appreciates and cares for their clientele. Last the pricing has gone up. I don't mind paying but expect to have clean clothes after paying and spending 2 he's of my day washing and drying. Its unacceptable!!!!
