Kristy's Barn

My mother and I went here to order half a bushel of tomato's and were told to place an order in advance. So we went there the next day and then they told us there was a list and we wouldn't be able to get them in time for the day we were going to make tomato sauce with our elderly neighbor. That was all well and fine but the owner was not only anything but accommodating, she was downright rude. All we wanted was to leave our name and number to see if anything changed and have them call us the next day. She asked us, "so what am I supposed to be telling you?" and "There's nothing I can tell you, we're not going to have them." As the owner of a local business, her tone and lack of helpfulness was appalling. She wouldn't even turn her back to face us and it was embarrassing for us as customers. She added a nasty "bye" that was anything but genuine. Extremely disrespectful to my mother and the worst customer experience I have had in my life. Even if their products are good, I will never give business to a place where their owner treats customers like they aren't worth giving the time of day to. I will find another farm stand and definitely save money too...
