Larry tiled my neighbors laundry room and did not level the tiles so that the water would run towards the drain. This created a mess and eventual black mold for myself and my neighbor. All water ran towards a common wall. Larry took NO responsibility for this mess. Do not expect him to stand by his work. He is not qualified to do tile. As the next door neighbor I was without a kitchen for 1 1/2 months. Larry did nothing to offer to correct this situation or even deal with it.
