My daughters performance was 3/5/2016, we paid $30 for what was supposed to be a professional video of it (we were not allowed to record at all). It said we would have it within 4 to 5 weeks. That time came and passed, when we attempted to call my wife left a message that went un-returned days later. I tried days later and also received no response. Every time we call there is no answer. We will be pursuing legal options against these frauds.
