Walmart Supercenter

I went to purchase a pair of car audio speakers , they have the empty boxes on the shelf's that you have to take to the automotive dept to pick up the contents, I took the box to the counter, the lady said she had to get a manager to open the door for the speakers, she paged 4 different times for a manager who never showed , after 30 minutes I told her I was going elsewhere to purchase, she apologized several times , I told her it wasn't her fault she was doing her job, If this is how Wal-mart are going to keep merchandise then the clerk should have a key and not make the customer wait , This is Poor management , I'll drive out of my way to purchase somewhere else from now own!
