BUYER BEWARE!

This is the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with making a purchase!
I purchased a piece of furniture from this place and because I know these items are used I asked the salesman if they would do right by their sale if there was damage to the item after it was delivered, I was assured that there would be no problem.

Well, after the item was delivered, I found a gash on the back side of the furniture piece. I did not notice it until the driver was leaving my driveway and was unable to get his attention as he drove off. I immediately called the store and was told by the manager that the item was delivered and that there was nothing they could do about it.

The manager told me that the gash was on the backside and no one would notice it.

He was trying to justify the gash instead of taking the item back.

I took it up with the store owner and got the same response. I was told by the owner that he would have to discard the item and take a loss because he could not put the item back on the sales floor because it had been in my house.

So basically he passed on his loss to his customer. What you think about that!

This will be my first and LAST time purchasing anything from this place!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
