These people are crooks. Bought a pair of keen boots at the Cheyenne store. I was told they have a 30 day comfort guarantee. We'll I ended up going back after a week because the soles were so soft you couldn't step on anything other than pavement. When I tried to return them I was told that keen doesn't have a 30 day comfort guarantee that's another brand. So the bottom line is I was lied to to make a sale and screwed over afterward. Don't give these people any business unles you want to get screwed over.

They won't stand by their products after 6 months. This is not noted on the receipts but the manager and owner stand by this. Please come in at 6 months if your merchandise is deteriorating. Otherwise they will let you know you are out of luck. The employees at the Casper, Wy 2nd street location were friendly and helpful but did not give me this bit of info when I originally came in for an exchange. The work boot selection was limited so I opted to continue wear of my defective boots in hopes that when I returned they'd have more of a selection for women. They did not. It was now 9 months since I owned the boots and they would no longer stand behind their merchandise.



Going to spread the word at work. Caveat emptor!
