Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

This pep boys has no customer service! Every time I have made an order through the store, its never arrived on time. So guess who they blame, FedEx! Right! Everytime? I dont think so. What happens when i tell the manager? He gets defensive because hes never heard my problems. I told one of the guys in the white shirt everytime I have went in that store the trouble I go through to get a part in that store, and the RUDENESS I have to deal with from their employees, but nothing gets solved. Next time I go in, or call, its still the same rude people that i have to deal with, with the same rude attitudes! They really dont even deserve the one star up there, but since thats the lowest option I have available to rate them, thats what it will be. BUT remember people, before you go in there, order the part before you really need it to arrive, or expect to be fixing your vehicle later than you plan on!
