This clinic should be closed. The doctor is not professional to do anything except basic cleaning. He had no explanation what he was doing and why. He made crowns to my teeth, but he is not able to do the right job. He simply is not competent with his title. Today, I have to ask another dentist to fix the problem. But with the mess he made, it is not easy to make the pain go away.

Do not go to this place. I wish I had read the reviews posted here and elsewhere before a person I know went there. The main problem with the business is/are their terrible office staff. They charge for giving you your dental records, while I got them emailed to us free from the previous dentist. You need to wait way too long for a dentist to see you once you show up for your appointment. You do not feel like a patient that they want to serve.

I wish I had been warned about this dentist before I wasted time and money here, so I'm writing this review so that others don't go through what I did. Except for the hygienist, Michelle, who is very sweet and knowledgeable, this dentists office is horrible. I spent hours here on a procedure I didn't need. It's obviously all about money and getting paid. One hygienist, who unfortunately worked with me on the first procedure that I didn't need and the one I actually needed acted like she had never worked on someone's mouth before. Dr. Jones runs from room to room and patient to patient. They seem completely overbooked all the time. I waited weeks for a crown to get in and was just told that the other receptionist said she left me a message. I had received messages in the past from the nurse at this office, so I don't know who's phone she left a message on, but that was a bold lie to tell. Do not waste your time and go here, you will regret it immediately.
